These two sets are made in 18ga Artistic Wire in a box chain pattern (variation of birds nest). The new owner of these had large hands and narrow wrists, so I added hand made clasps to match. I found the tinned copper did not "hold" the color of silver with wear, so I later replaced each with sterling silver jumprings. Top set - Black, Gun Metal Grey and Sterling Silver rings. |
2 bracelets in 18ga Artistic Wire, 1 in brass wire, and 2 in 20ga wire. Patterns from left to right: 2 in "4 in 4" pattern, 6 row round brass chainmail, 2 in 20ga birds nest. |
Group of 18ga Artistic Wire bracelets. Left to right patterns - 4 in 4, chainmaile variation, birds nest variation, 4 in 4 and 3 in 3. |
Natural copper wire 18ga bracelet in a "3 in 3" pattern (variation of "4 in 4"). |
18ga Birds Nest pattern with 3 connecting rings between nests and a fancy medallion (which makes rolling this bracelet over the wrist difficult). |
Persian pattern dark blue bracelet in 18 gauge Artistic Wire. |
Green and red 18ga Artistic Wire bracelet in "4 in 4" pattern. |
Three of my favorite bracelets in 20ga sterling and gold-filled wire. Left is a spiral pattern and right two are birds nest pattern. |
I bought some "silver tone" jumprings online and made two necklaces - top in a spiral pattern (tripled up) and lower one is a series of "knots" interlinked (4 jumprings per knot). |
Close up of silver tone jumpring necklaces. |
Four keychains. Top two are 20 ga natural copper wire in persian pattern; Lavender one is 18ga spiral pattern with birds nest variation end; Burgundy one is 18ga persian pattern with no added end. |
Seven of about 2 dozen persian pattern keychains I made for co-workers one Christmas with pop can openers on their ends (samples from a printing company at $.20 each). |
Bottom Center clockwise: double spiral, chainmaile diamond, single spiral, 3 in 3, 4 in 4, zigzag, box chain, persian chain, chainmaile tube. |
3 brass rings I made from pictures in a wire wrapping book I bought. |
Three more of my first attempts at making rings from wire. |
